Shipping policy

We offer different shipping options for your convenience: standard or express delivery depending on your location.

TK Scent Experience orders are delivered by Courier on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders have a processing time of 48 hours, depending on product availability. Standard delivery is 3-8 business days. Express orders placed by 2PM ET will be processed and shipped the next day, depending on product availability. Shipping to select rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times. Please note Express Service may not be available for some remote destinations.

Please note, all purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

We offer FREE shipping for orders $50+ for our Canadian customers, and $75 for our American customers.

Cross-Border shoppers are responsible for their own duties and taxes.
