RETURN AND REFUND:

At TK Scent Experience, we are committed to your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you're not entirely pleased with your unopened and unused full-priced items within 30 days of purchase, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange. We provide a complimentary return label for your convenience, and there is no restocking fee.

Upon receiving your return, we conduct a quick quality check to ensure the items meet our standards for resale. For exchanges, a return label will be sent. We aim to ship your new products promptly, the customer is responsible for the associated shipping fees.

Your refund, if applicable, will be processed within 72 hours from receipt for the cost of the item(s) purchased.

Please carefully review the product details. All items that are marked as "sale" are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

DAMAGE:

While some wear and tear to the shipping carton is normal. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please reach out to us at tkscentexperience@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We kindly request that you notify us within 30 days of your purchase date to receive a replacement. In the event of any damage to the product that is not a result of customer misuse, a replacement will be sent along with a return label to aid us in identifying any potential contributing factors for the damage.
